Abstract .- The objective was design an industrial scale tray bioreactor for the production of lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase, laccase and cellulase by the white rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium through solid state fermentation. Thus the enzymatic activity was measured to 2 temperatures: 30 and 35 °C, and 2 bed heights: 5 and 10 cm in a laboratory scale bioreactor. The highest lignin peroxidase activity was 19,769 U/1 000 gss, it was reached at the second day of fermentation under a temperature of 35 °C and a bed height of 5 cm; for manganese peroxidase the activity obtained was 13,876 U/1 000 gss the same day and under the same conditions. The highest laccase activity measured was 6,739 U/1 000 gss, it was obtained the third day of fermentation under 35 °C and 5 cm of bed height. No cellulase activity was detected during the fermentation. According to the best temperature and bed height to enzymatic production, the inlet air flow for an industrial scale bioreactor of 10 trays and 7 kg of load must be 30 L/min for reach the same yield that in laboratory scale.
