Las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil. Motivación del Voluntariado: Caso AIESEC

Abstract

In every organization or industry motivation of the personal might be fundamental to achieve the objectives that the organization is aiming. In such organizations where the employees do not receive an economical retribution for their work, motivation becomes a key factor for their development. This investigation project work will analyze the motivational factors that encourage volunteers to work in NGOs. I will analyze the work they realize in the society and at the end recommendations will be presented in order to increase motivation to work as a volunteer.
