Abstract

This final work talk about a design and construction of a grinding mill bagasse for mushroom production industry with capacity of 600 kilos per hour, is done through the study of the specific needs of the company and based in the process of production, determine the most viable alternatives and of which the best alternative is developed under appropriate engineering criteria and supported by the calculations that satisfy optimal design and according to the initial needs of the company is selected. The construction of the prototype is done by qualified personnel and under the design parameters, the corresponding term field tests meeting the objectives and provide satisfaction to the company that funds the corresponding qualification work performed.
