Desarrollo e Implantación de un Sistema Móvil para evaluación de daños y análisis de necesidades en organizaciones de socorro y atención de desastres

Abstract

This project describes the development and implementation of an early warning system, which through mobile technology collects, sends and notifies the initial evaluation of an adverse event to identify the level of impact on the population, the required level of response, the sectors concerned, and priorities for immediate response. This information helps to define a humanitarian response strategy for the management of resources and services, using the minimum standards of the Sphere project, which requires monitor key indicators of humanitarian assistance. Response and actions to be taken are generated in the web application, depending on the humanitarian sector, and these are sent to emergency staff by the mobile application. They monitor compliance of key indicators and actions in the affected area and transmit these results. Event information and compliance monitoring can be generated through reports on the web application. The mobile application and web application can be accessed only by technicians of response.
