Desarrollo de un Método para Análisis de Integridad en Poliductos

Abstract

This work has been done to establish the methods and tools for external and internal inspection of a pipeline. By means of the results and interpretations of this data one can have an idea of the physical state of the pipe along the right-of-way. And at the same time be able to make decisions for the prevention of damages to it. Consideration should be given to the standards to be followed for performing an integrity analysis. At present there are better technological tools that help us detect anomalies such as leaks, corroded sections, wear and tear among others. Similarly visual inspection helps us to segment those sections where there is greater risk. However, the inspections that can be performed and the procedures to be followed for a polyduct integrity analysis are given. The outcome of the analysis will depend on how reliable the data to use.
