Optimización de la Producción Mediante Ampliación de Intervalos en Yacimientos de Campos Maduros del Oriente Ecuatoriano

Abstract

During the productive life of the wells, there are different problems in the formation such as loss of energy, formation damage, variation of drainage areas, aquifer conification, gas layer advances, among others, affecting well production, so it’s necessary to perform different operations to improve its production and the field. The challenge for the oil industry is the development of new strategies to produce the largest amount of hydrocarbons within the regulations established in the country. In the work, a complete analysis of the selected wells and their properties was carried out to identify new ranges of the producing sand that is not being exploited in its totality, and when perforate them obtain a considerable increase of the production of the well increasing the production of the field.
