Relación entre la Gestión del Talento Humano y el desempeño laboral del área central de la Universidad Central del Ecuador

Abstract

The study includes the structural description of what is the Central University of Ecuador to the Human Talent Management of the administrative staff of the Central area. It contains lines of research, problem statement, problem formulation, justification, general and specific objective; Development of concepts, definitions and hypotheses that have been selected to relate them to the data to be investigated; We determined the theoretical aspects of the research structure, from the choice of the proposed study topic to the methodology approach in each objective. It summarizes the observations carried out in such a way as to provide answers to the questions. Finally, alternatives to the proposed work are presented. Subsequently, the bibliography and anexes are included.
