Diseño de la infraestructura técnica del canal de televisión “canela tv” para proporcionar el servicio de televisión digital con la norma ISDB-T, en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

Digital technology has revolutionized the world of television, while allowing the offer of other types of products, multimedia and telephony, which open the expectations of the classic audiovisual company. Television stops being an apparatus of reception of audiovisual contents to become a terminal of access to multiple services. There is a growing emphasis on the strategic role of the audiovisual sector, and in this regard, the television industry, as an engine of regional development. The investigation of new technologies in this subject is a fundamental base for the advance of the digital era to which we are migrating. The present project shows the technical study of Canela TV, for the migration to the TDT system, based on the ISDB-T standard, in which the parameters of coverage and equipment necessary for a future implementation are determined, this study consists of calculations Theoretical and simulation, both for the link and the diffusion of the signal, using simulation programs: Radio Mobile and WinRPT respectively. This way you can also determine the initial investment cost of Canela TV, for the migration to the TDT system, in the city of Quito.
