Análisis de la percepción de los docentes de colegios particulares de la provincia de Pichincha, cantón Quito, parroquia Chimbacalle sobre el seguro de desgravamen incluido en las tarjetas de crédito

Abstract

The present investigation allows to determine the perception of the teachers of private schools of the province of Pichincha, canton Quito, parish Chimbacalle, on the insurance of desgravamen placed through the credit cards; its benefits, forms of hiring and enforcement process in the event of a possible loss, will additionally determine the culture of prevention when considering insurance as an expense or an investment. In the absence of studies on this perception, the research was applied to the teachers of private schools, considering that they are people with a higher academic education and are subject to have a credit card. The result of the investigation will allow to present the errors currently being made by financial institutions regulated by the Superintendency of Banks and the entities that make up the private insurance system, regulated by the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance, in the process of mass placement of the credit insurance included in the credit cards, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Monetary Financial Code relating to the General Insurance Law, and the Commercial Code relating to Supreme Decree 1147, of the Insurance Contract. On the other hand, research is a useful tool for future studies that contribute to the achievement of further studies on the insurance system in the country.
