Diagnóstico de las Pymes en el desarrollo productivo del sector industrial del calzado en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, año 2009 – 2014.

Abstract

This Thesis of Master in Enterprise Management has the purpose of making a diagnosis to the productive development of SMEs of the industrial sector of footwear, in order to define and to know what were the, internal and external factors, linked to the production, which allowed the boost of the companies in the period between 2009 to 2014 years, the work was carried out on those companies that are registered under code ISIC Rev. 3.1 D192000, valid until June 2012 and ISIC Rev.4 C152001, which is valid up to the present date, located in Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. The study will focus on eight companies that meet the parameters established to be considered as Smes in the research and the results obtained are expected to be able to contribute to other sectors of production may be considered, and replicated the factors, reasons of study, as elements of productive development, economic and social. The content of this thesis is developed in the following way: Chapter I begins the process of the research with the approach to the problem, which refers to the need to make a diagnosis to the productive development of the industrial sector of footwear, chapter II focuses on the Theoretical Framework,that means everything related to the theoretical support of work performed and conceptual innovations directly linked to the theme for the quantitative analysis of the productive development, chapter III describes the methodology to be applied in the development of the thesis, chapter IV analyzes the information obtained in the surveys and the interview finally, chapter VI, corresponds to the conclusions and recommendations of the research, which are linked to the objectives of this thesis and its content.
