Abstract

The objective of this titling project is to implement an IP telephony system for Fundación para el Desarrollo Integral ESPOIR, in order to solve your voice communications needs. To start the project, we start with the premise that all the offices of the Foundation currently have an analog telephone system, which for the years of existence has begun to inconvenience its operation, making the need to implement a priority a new communications system that meets the growing needs of ESPOIR. In addition, the system aims to reduce communication costs between offices and to the parent company, improve existing services, provide new and better services. For all this, the solution made use of the existing resources and was dimensioned and acquired the necessary equipment for the implementation of the entire solution. In the design phase of the solution, the necessary data channel for the calls was dimensioned, the call traffic between offices was monitored, the solution implementation scheme was selected, the marking plan, access permissions, levels were made of access, planning of communication trunks, routes of call exits, etc.
