Implementación de un sistema de seguridad (CCTV) para el área verde de la ESCUELA DE FORMACIÓN DE TECNÓLOGOS (ESFOT)

Abstract

The present project consists in the implementation of a security system CCTV in the green areas of the "ESFOT", at the Escuela Politécnica Nacional. This project has been done with the objective of counteracting the insecurity in the university campus, with the help of the video surveillance system CCTV. It will be possible to reinforce the security of the student community and teaching staff that move around daily in these places. The project starts with the methodology used for the implementation of the security system. Then the requirements necessary for the development of the project and the design made in the AutoCAD program are described, in which, the strategic points of the location of the installed cameras are detailed. The following describes the process of implementation of the security system, of its wiring system according to the norms required for it. At the same way, cameras and DVR have been installed applying recommendations of books and manuals referring to CCTV security systems. Finally, the implemented CCTV security system is presented, where tests are carried out to verify its correct functioning and so, to ensure a reliable and optimal surveillance video system to be used.
