Diseño De La Vía De Acceso A La Comunidad San Pablito De Agualongo, En Base A Información Topográfica Obtenida Con Técnicas Aerofotogramétricas De Bajo Costo

Abstract

This study refers to the design of the access road to the San Pablito de Agualongo community of the Pichincha Province, where it is intended to improve the geometric conditions of the road for the current and future traffic demand. This study is part of the plan for the rehabilitation and improvement of the third order roads promoted in the Road Communication Plan of the “Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia de Pichincha”, with the desire to serve the community and the area, because the roads of terrestrial communication are the best indicator of current progress and future projections that ensure sustainable development and growth. To carry out the project, studies of topography, soils, hydrology and traffic were previously carried out, which served as the basis for the design of the pavement structure, horizontal and vertical tracing of the road through the use of different software's. Finally, the economic study was carried out taking into account preliminary works, earthworks, road structure, minor works of art and signage. The results obtained provided a technical instrument for road construction, matching the topographic conditions of the area and with minimal environmental and social impact.
