Desarrollo de un sistema de seguimiento de actividades socio-culturales para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) de la parroquia de San José de Ayora de Cayambe

Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop and implement a monitoring system of cultural and social activities in the community of San José de Ayora in Cayambe, which allows the creation of processes, the configuration of the steps that constitute it and the assignment of the role to the responsible person of its execution, in order to keep a record of the activities, execution times and data of the official in charge. The system additionally fulfills functions of document manager by allowing the incorporation of annexed documents in each step. The project consists of four parts, introduction, methodology, results and conclusions. The introduction contains the justification for the realization of the project, the main and specific objectives, scope and resources used in the development. The methodology specifies the way in which the project will be developed, detailing and justifying the tools to be used, PostgreSQL for database, JAVA programming language, Glassfish application server, Scrum development methodology and its main artifacts. The results show the way in which the system was developed, supported by the Scrum artifacts such as Sprints Backlog and Product Backlog List, used in each Sprint. The results section also covers the process of implementing the system on the GAD infrastructure, the talks and familiarization workshops with the system, itself supported by photographic material and documents signed and stamped by the representatives of the GAD. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations show the results obtained with the ending of the project.
