Zusammenfassung: El proyecto de titulación denominado "Auditoría de la Seguridad de la Información de la Empresa Transportes Noroccidental" puede ser considerado como un enfoque de auditoría, el cual puede ser utilizado como una fuente de información acerca de los controles mínimos que una entidad debería implementar para proteger sus activos de información digital, así como para evaluar los controles que ya están implementados en la misma. Además, se muestra la ejecución del enfoque indicado en una empresa medianamente grande, con una infraestructura tecnológica de tamaño considerable pero con cierto grado de inmadurez tanto en la administración de su ambiente tecnológico, como de su control interno.
