Título: Elaboración de una normativa para el diseño y diagnóstico de sistemas fotovoltaicos residenciales autónomos para el Ecuador

Resumen: En este trabajo se busca una solución al problema que se presenta comúnmente en el Ecuador, con respecto al deficiente funcionamiento de los sistemas fotovoltaicos autónomos que se han instalado, situación que ha creado la desconfianza de parte de países extranjeros para invertir en estos proyectos. Para resolver este problema se empezó por recoger información sobre las posibles causas del deterioro desde fuentes primarias y secundarias, de organismos ejecutores de los proyectos, contratistas, proveedores, mediante visitas de campo a las comunidades, de datos existentes en documentos, normativas de organismos y países extranjeros, libros técnicos de texto, etc. De esta información se procedió a diseñar un modelo de normativa que sirva para: homologación de equipos, diseño, instalación, pruebas de funcionamiento, recepción, evaluación y diagnóstico, mantenimiento, sostenibilidad, manejo ambiental y análisis de costos involucrados, todo esto aplicado a la realidad nacional. Como resultado se produjo un modelo de normativa que permitirá la elaboración, fiscalización y Evaluación, de proyectos fotovoltaicos autónomos residenciales de hasta 500Wp, tanto por entidades públicas como privadas. Así mismo, permitirá a las comunidades beneficiarse de la energía de los sistemas fotovoltaicos con un tiempo de vida útil de hasta 20 años. Adicionalmente, la normativa creada servirá como un documento para capacitación y formación de profesionales técnicos en energías renovables y en energía solar fotovoltaica
