dc.description.abstractEl Jardín, Escuela y Colegio "Juan Pablo II" es una institución que brinda servicios educativos a los niños, niñas y jóvenes del sur de la cuidad de Quito en los niveles primario y secundario. El presente proyecto de investigación pretende efectuar un estudio y propuesta de un plan de mejoramiento en el área administrativa, académico - estudiantiles y de apoyo, con miras a gestionar la Administración por Procesos, buscando así poder satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos como externos. El presente trabajo está conformado por cuatro capítulos. El primer capítulo hace referencia a la Planificación Educativa en el Ecuador, sus principales indicadores y las políticas que se pretende aplicar en el trascurso de estos años, de tal manera que el nivel educativo en el Ecuador suba. El capítulo dos hace referencia a la marco teórico, el cual menciona la teoría a aplicar, la metodología con base a las organizaciones, la administración por procesos y las herramientas a utilizar en el presente trabajo investigativo. El capítulo tres toma como base la situación actual del Jardín, Escuela y Colegio "Juan Pablo II", en el cual se analiza las variables internas y externas que intervienen en su entorno institucional; se da a conocer la oferta educativa, sus principales competidores y los problemas percibidos a través de investigación de campo.es_EC
