Abstract

Currently, there is a wide variety of cloud service providers, each of these providers has its own characteristics and its particular process for infrastructure implementation; especially in the task of infrastructure scaling, where the objective is to increase the number of instances as the user needs it. Due to heterogeneity in service providers, infrastructure scaling becomes a complex task. For this reason, this work aims to design a Web Interface that allows modeling, regardless of the cloud service provider, the scaling of infrastructure, in an easy and intuitive way. Therefore, it is intended to develop an interface that provides the user with all the necessary functionalities for the scaling of infrastructure, considering aspects of the user experience. That is, that the user can generate a satisfactory experience when navigating the interface and that can also perform all their tasks effectively and efficiently. The development of the project is guided by the User-Centered Development methodology. This methodology allows to define the objectives clearly, prioritizing them for the user and, additionally, developing only what is strictly necessary. In order to meet the objectives of the project, respecting the time and quality of the final product.
