Abstract .- The project is the implementation of a control system of a rotating turntable for radiated measurements for test equipment in an anechoic chamber for EMC with remote action fields: manual and computer controlled and apply knowledge of development programming a system allowing the automatic scaling of graphics units in electromagnetic phenomena measurements from different measuring equipment.Chapter 1 provides a brief summary of the history, general characteristics, resources, applications, operation, and its respective market described to choose the best option to deploy the application to allow control of the turntable motor. Chapter 2 a brief description of the hardware and software elements that allow the design of the control system of motor rotation of turntable are presented: the program that controls the Cerebot done in MPLAB, the GUI sends data to the computer the engine through the serial port and the control circuit of the motor. Chapter 3 the design and implementation of the program for automatic scaling of graphics units and measures electromagnetic phenomena which consists of the UML diagrams, use cases, conceptual design of the database is performed and the three-layer design allows the graphic interface to manage their respective storage and database. Chapter 4 prototype testing with the software and hardware implemented and include making process. Further analysis of the respective tests in the anechoic chamber, the evidence and the overall system debugging.
