Abstract

Resumen .- El presente artículo resume el diseño de un sistema de ingreso de recipientes a la cámara de sandblasting y pintura para la empresa INDUACERO; empresa dedicada al diseño, construcción y montaje de equipos industriales. Se muestran normas y especificaciones bajo los cuales se realizan los procesos de sandblasting y pintura. El trabajo aquí descrito presenta cálculos para el diseño de los elementos que conforman el sistema de ingreso de recipientes, conclusiones y recomendaciones para el funcionamiento óptimo del sistema y finalmente se determina el presupuesto para la construcción de la máquina. Abstract .- This paper summarizes the design of a entrance system of vessels to the sandblasting and painting chamber for INDUACERO company; company dedicated to the design, construction and assembly of industrial equipment. The article shows standards and specifications under which the process of sandblasting and painting is done. The article also described calculations for the design of the elements that make up the entry system of vessels, conclusions and recommendations for optimal system performance and finally the budget for the construction of the machine is determined.
