Abstract

Resumen.- El presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra estructurado de la siguiente manera: CAPITULO 1: En este capítulo se realiza una descripción del tema de investigación. La labor que desempeña la empresa INSTALRED CÍA. LTDA., un breve análisis de la situación actual de la empresa en lo que tiene que ver con la tecnología que maneja y una breve explicación del alcance del proyecto. CAPITULO 2: En este capítulo se realiza una investigación de la situación actual de la red de datos, estudio de tráfico de la red de datos, descripción de la situación actual de la red de telefonía de la empresa INSTALRED CÍA. LTDA. y un análisis de factibilidad. CAPITULO 3: El presente capítulo contiene el diseño del sistema de telefonía IP para la empresa INSTALRED CÍA. LTDA., descripción del funcionamiento, requerimiento de Hardware y Software y dimensionamiento de tráfico en la red de datos. CAPITULO 4: El presente capítulo detalla las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proyecto de investigación. BIBLIOGRAFÍA: Finalmente, la sección de la bibliografía contiene los textos consultados tanto de libros de Internet y anexos que contienen información utilizada en el proyecto.
