Diseño e Implementación de un sistema de control y configuración de base de datos para realizar el control de válvulas y bombas por medio de la Plataforma EXPERION para la terminal de Distribución de Combustibles Pascuales

Abstract

Resumen .- En el presente documento se realiza el diseño e implementación de un sistema de control y configuración de base de datos para realizar el control de válvulas y bombas por medio de la plataforma EXPERION de HONEYWELL, el cual ha sido implementado en la Terminal de Distribución de Combustibles ¨Pascuales¨ de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se configuran parámetros de servicios redundantes a nivel de control y de supervisión mediante servidores, estación de control y controlador híbrido, cumpliendo las especificaciones técnicas sobre sistemas SCADA y estabilidad en comunicaciones industriales. Utilizando las diferentes configuraciones e integraciones realizadas en campo se presentan resultados, alarmas, eventos y tendencias del sistema de control de la plataforma EXPERION R410 de Honeywell mediante los HMI´S diseñados de acuerdo a las estructuras físicas de tubería, instalación de actuadores y ubicaciones de las diferentes bombas que comandan en el área de sala de bombas de la Terminal de Distribución de combustibles ¨Pascuales¨. Abstract .- In this document the design and implementation of a control system and database configuration is performed for control of valves and pumps through Honeywell Experion platform, which has been implemented in the Fuel Distribution Terminal ¨Pascuales¨ of the city of Guayaquil. Redundant services parameters are set at the level of control and supervision by servers, control station and hybrid controller, fulfilling the technical specifications on SCADA systems and industrial communications stability. Using different configurations and integrations made in field results, alarms, events and trends of the control system of Honeywell Experion R410 platform presented by the HMI'S designed according to the physical structures of pipe, installation of actuators and locations that command the various pumps in the pump room area of fuel distribution terminal ¨Pascuales¨.
