Análisis de la precariedad laboral de los Asalariados en el Ecuador, en el periodo 2004-2013

Abstract

In this investigation, it is made the construction and the analysis of indicators of labor precariousness for the wage-earners in Ecuador during period 2004 -2013. In 2008, the Constituent National Assembly approves the Nº.8 constitutional mandate, which stipulates the elimination and prohibition of outsourcing and job placement, recruitment for hours and any form of precariousness of labour relations. Due to the approval of this mandate, it is necessary to know which was the impact of he himself in the Ecuadorian labor market, analyze the levels of precariousness before, during and after the approval of the constitutional mandate No. 8. The analysis is divided into three periods of study before the mandate (2004-2006), during the adoption of the mandate (2007-2009), and after the approval of the mandate (2010-2013).
