dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo estuvo dirigido al área de la Salud que hoy en día está respaldado legalmente en la Constitución 2008, Capítulo VII, RÉGIMEN DEL BUEN VIVIR, sección segunda, Salud, para la aplicación de la eficiencia energética en las edificaciones de los Establecimientos de Salud del Ecuador. Se realizaron evaluaciones de sistemas mecánicos y también se ha involucrado al sistema eléctrico como parte fundamental para el funcionamiento de los diferentes equipos de Casa de Maquinas, sistema de vapor, sistema de bombeo de agua potable, sistema de airea condicionado y ventilación mecánica; entre otros sistemas. La determinación de indicadores de energía en función de número de camas, así como el indicador del costo por paciente dieron un valor referencial del consumo por cama disponible. Se trató el tema de atenciones de tipo externo al hospital, como Consulta Externa, Triaje y Emergencias, estas de gran demanda comparada con las atenciones al interior del establecimiento de salud. Además se aplicó el tema de eficiencia energética en un sistema del hospital con energías alternativas. Actualmente está construyéndose un edificio nuevo para la atención de otras especialidades, seria procedente en lo futuro planificar la fusión de instalaciones, infraestructura física y equipamiento con el edificio antiguo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis work is directed to the area of Health today is legally supported in the 2008 Constitution, Chapter VII, REGIME good living, second section, Health, to implement energy efficiency in buildings of Health Facilities of Ecuador. Mechanical systems evaluations were conducted and has also been involved the electrical system as an essential part for the operation of the different equipment powerhouse, steam system, pumping system for drinking water, aerated conditioning system and mechanical ventilation; among other systems. The determination of indicators of energy in terms of number of beds and the cost per patient indicator gave a referential value of consumption per available bed. The issue of external kind attentions to the hospital, an outpatient clinic, and Emergency Triage, these high demands compared to the attention within the health facility was discussed. Besides the theme of energy efficiency, it was applied in a hospital system with alternative energies. He is currently being built a new one for the attention of other specialties, serious building plan in the future from the merger of facilities, physical infrastructure and equipment with the old building.es_ES
