Desarrollo del sistema de gestión de la ADEPON (SIGES-ADEPON).

Abstract

ADEPON to be a non profit private institution, wants its partners have quality services. For this reason the SIGES-ADEPON system becomes extremely important because it automates administrative, financial and accounting processes of the organization. The above processes are performed them manually, because the secretary of the ADEPON was responsible for registering all necessary information of each of the partners, such as personal data, medical insurance, cancer insurance, auto insurance and their purchases in the respective Excel files. Therefore, to carry out the development project was selected a methodology and tools development, taking into account the characteristics of the project. Thus it was selected as a methodological guide development Extreme Programming XP, and as development tools to MySQL and PHP. All aforementioned as methodology and tools will be described throughout the process.
