Abstract

The purpose of the present titling work is to Restructure the Reporting and Security Authorization Process carried out by the Directorate of Citizen Security Management of the Ministry of the Interior to reduce current expenditure, response times, excessive traffic The fact remains that, once the timing of the activities of the officers responsible for the Management of the Reporting and Security Authorization Process has been taken, the result is that the process has a delay of 124 days; Detecting several factors that have not allowed the Management to meet the expectations of the internal or external customer. The improvement of the process will allow to propose reforms to the Ministerial Agreement No. 6231, issued by the Ministry of the Interior, which are of vital importance in order to avoid that there are gaps such as the validity of the Report and Security Authorization. On the other hand, the process automation will allow the Directorate of Citizen Security Management of the Ministry of Interior to streamline the procedures that are waiting and will contribute to strengthen the processes of continuous improvement of quality, which will mean that the attention given is More effective, effective and safe.
