| Abstract: | The objective of this research work is to validate the OSI (Occupational Stress Inventory) questionnaire that measures the sources in organizations, so that it is applicable within the Ecuadorian context. The lack of validated tools focused on the measurement of stress sources in Ecuador made this study necessary for the validation of the OSI questionnaire created by Osipow and Spokane in 1987 and then validated in Argentina in 2004. This document covers both the theoretical and statistical information that was used for the validation of the OSI questionnaire in Ecuador. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto validar el cuestionario OSI (Occupational Stress Inventory) que mide las fuentes de estrés en las organizaciones, para que sea aplicable dentro del contexto ecuatoriano. El no contar con herramientas validadas enfocadas en la medición de fuentes de estrés en el Ecuador hizo necesario realizar este estudio para la validación del cuestionario OSI creado por Osipow y Spokane en 1987 y que luego fue validada en Argentina en el 2004. En el presente documento se abarca la información tanto teórica como estadística que se utilizó para la validación del Cuestionario OSI en Ecuador. |
