Validación del cuestionario de cultura de innovación para aplicarlo en el contexto organizacional ecuatoriano

Abstract

This document contains the validation of the innovation culture questionnaire for its use in the Ecuadorian organizational context, since it covers all the information that was required for the theoretical and statistical validation. This questionnaire allows us to measure the orientation of the organization towards innovation, that is, it makes it easier to measure and quantify those factors associated with the culture of innovation, in view of the need for entrepreneurs to make good decisions and consider better strategies to the organization a competitive advantage in the market. The lack of a validated instrument that measures this area makes this research useful for Ecuadorian organizations, who are increasingly immersed in the global business dynamic that is advancing by leaps and bounds.
