Zusammenfassung: In the present work the linear dynamic model is developed with respect to inertial parameters (mass, first moment of mass and moment of inertia) for the parallel robot type 3UPS + 1RPU developed in the Escuela Politécnica Nacional as part of the PIMI-1504 project. A lineal model of linear friction of coulomb and viscosity is incorporated to improve the estimation of the model to real behavior of the robot in analysis. Subsequently, the dynamic linear model is simplified (model in base parameters) by the numerical method of decomposition into singular values. For the dynamic model reduction, a curve of identification of base parameters is used which is generates by means of finite Fourier series optimized through minimization algorithms with restrictions. The restrictions used in this work are limits of travel, speed and acceleration of the actuators linear, as well as, restrictions in the workspace and the angle reached by the spherical joints that constitute the structure of the parallel robot 3UPS + 1RPU. Finally, the degree of compatibility of the developed reduced dynamic model is quantified through calculation of the mean square error determined between the generalized forces of the independent joints estimated by the linear dynamic model in base parameters and the forces simulated in the Adams/View software. For this compatibility analysis, an optimized test path generated by finite Fourier series is used.
