Ingeniería de detalle para la automatización del sistema de dosificación y mezcla de aceites RBD para los tanques de envasado La Fabril S.A.

Abstract

The human consumption and industrial oils that La Fabril produces must accomplish technical and quality indicators that are demanded by the market, according to the weather and environmental conditions for the region where they will be consumed, for this many blends are produced to accomplish these parameters. For this reason during the dosage these oils must not be mixed with other products, also the mixing should be precise and shouldn’t have leaks for overflow in tanks. To solve actual problems and potential risks, the system of dosage and mixing system of RBD oils for La Fabril should be automated. With this purpose the detail engineering of the project will be developed. In this project, a previous study of the actual dosage and mixing oils system operation is made. Then the benefits that will be obtained by the automation are defined. Also level sensors and actuators are selected. Electric, control and mechanic systems are scaled to upgrade the system. Finally plans of the detail engineering and the budget are developed too.
