Diagnóstico de la relación entre la transferencia del conocimiento y los procesos de innovación en la EPMAPS

Abstract

The objective of this research project is to diagnose the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation processes in the Metropolitan Public Company of Drinking Water and Sanitation (EPMAPS).

For such purposes, the information was collected through a survey with a total of 180 workers in the EPMAPS and consists of two main questionnaires: knowledge transfer and innovation processes, the first was validated by means of statistical tools such as: variance, mean, Cronbach's alpha. These questionnaires allow us to respond to the objectives set out in the research.

The results were analyzed with descriptive statistical methods, Pearson correlation, ANOVA analysis and linear regression, which allowed to study the current situation in the relationship of the aforementioned factors as the object of study. In addition, in the final part of the present investigation, conclusions and recommendations for future projects and decision making of the Company based on the reality of organizational learning are provided.
