Desarrollo de una aplicación web para la gestiónacadémica en un centro de nivelación

Abstract

There are tutoring services in Ecuador, which perform academic management through a student / teacher register in spreadsheets and payments through physical sheets, increasing academic management time and losing a relevant number of students. The objective of the present project of titling, was to develop a web application for the academic management in a tutoring service, by means of the creation of prototypes and User Experience. The prototyping methodology was used, through the prototypes of low, medium and high fidelity, as well as with the user experience taking into account a deep understanding of the users, their needs and their abilities. The end users verified the efficiency of the web application, verifying that they were satisfied and that they met their expectations. The testers evaluated the application, resulting in an acceptable rating. The use of the web application, improved the efficiency of the reservation of classes in the tutoring services, reducing the time of academic management.
