Desarrollo de un sistema de manejo de artículos científicos de acceso abierto

Abstract

The present work exposes a proposal of system of management of scientific articles to support the research process. Currently there is a wide variety of tools that help researchers to make the state of art of their publications (reference managers, searchers of scientific articles, personal libraries in the cloud), which are of great help to maintain, organize and share information, the disadvantage is that they are not all found in a single system and the researcher accesses to multiple directions when using the aforementioned tools. The objective of this project is to implement a single system, which brings together some of the most used tools by researchers, saving time and effort to make the state of art of their research. This document is divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains the introduction and describes the problem, the objectives of the work and the conceptual basis that will allow understanding the architecture of the system, among other concepts that will sustain the project. The second chapter contains the description of the SCRUM methodology, the practices and artifacts for the development of the system. It describes the stages that were met to achieve the objectives set, and presents the results that were obtained at the end of each phase of the methodology. The third chapter contains the results and discussion obtained after having evaluated the system. Based on the results achieved, the level of acceptance by users is presented. Finally, the fourth chapter contains the conclusions and recommendations that were obtained during the completion of the titling project, based on the analysis of the results and the evaluation of the final product.
