Análisis de fatiga en tripulación de cabina de mando en la empresa Tame Línea Aérea del Ecuador “TAME E.P.”.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the behavior of fatigue in the Cockpit crew of the company Tame Airline of Ecuador "TAME EP". The nature of the research is quantitative, the scope of the research is descriptive and correlational, the research design is classified as non-experimental, the data collection technique is performed through the measurement instrument of the Yoshitake questionnaire, the population is formed by everyone Cockpit crew members of the company. The result of this research provides a reliable source and the possibility of knowing the results of the fatigue behavior regarding Cockpit crew members, providing opportunities for improvement and mitigation of fatigue, through the implementation of solutions to improve flight safety in the enterprise. As result the cockpit crew of the company have fatigue, but in a low level measure, in the classification of the fatigue; the mental fatigue is predominant, because when a cockpit crew fly an aircraft, they must comply with their procedures, which they require a high mental concentration, and therefore they are exposed to high workload and mental fatigue.
