Desarrollo de un sistema web de Inteligencia de Negocios para el manejo de indicadores socioeconómicos en el área de trabajo social del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Quito

Abstract

The present work establishes the implementation of a Business Intelligence software, formed by the development of an application called “digital file”, applying the SCRUM methodology, which, through four forms, will allow the collection of information from CBDMQ officials. The information will be stored in the PostgreSQL Database Management System (DBMS), for processing by creating stored procedures. Then, we proceed with the development of a BI application through two CRISP-DM and Kimball methodologies. It begins with the creation of a data warehouse, storing the information extracted from the DBMS, which allows the purification, transformation and visualization of the information. Finally, for the management of the information corporate sheets or dashboards will be made through the QlikSense software, allowing the visualization of the data, through graphs, tables, etc.
