Construcción y evaluación de un test para medir el Liderazgo de los estudiantes politécnicos mediante la Teoría de Respuesta al Ítem (TRI) para respuesta politómica

Abstract

The work developed presents the construction and evaluation of a test to measure Leadership in politecnicos students. Through the Item Response Theory (IRT) for polytomous response, the Item Information Function is used to obtain the items that provide the most information to the test, in addition, the validity and reliability of the test is evaluated. By means of the Graduated Response Model (GRM) we obtain the estimations of the parameters of the item and the level of Leadership, with this we obtain the scores by item and total score, so that an interpretation can be given to it.
