Elaboración e implementación de un sistema de gestión del laboratorio de metales y arenas para moldes de fundición de la empresa FUNDIRECICLAR S.A. según las normas NTE INEN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 e ISO/IEC 9001:2015

Abstract

In order to obtain reliable results in a measurement laboratory, three fundamental factors must be taken into account: i) validated methods, ii) appropriate measuring instruments and iii) competent personnel. The accreditation and status has been recognized worldwide as a mechanism to guarantee the competence of laboratories to carry out a specific activity. This document details, in an organized way, the current situation for the metal and sand laboratory in the company FUNDIRECICLAR S.A.. According to the requirements presented in the previously mentioned standard, with regards to the accreditation of the spectrometry test. It should be noted that in the same way to aspire to accreditation, the implementation of a management system according to the NTE INEN ISO / IEC 9001: 2015 standard is required. Also, the repetitiveness and reproducibility tests of the chemical composition and tensile test are described experimentally to determine their validity status. Finally, all the documentary analysis is carried out to determine which required documents comply with the requirements. All this in order to fine-tune the documentation, equipment, space and materials prior to the accreditation and / or designation of the respective tests.
