Abstract

The implementation of the application for the health center, will allow them to reduce their care times, by optimizing the processes for patient care, as well as allowing them to optimally manage their clients' information, avoiding losses due to damage, and reducing the use of physical space for the storage of medical records, it will also allow each user to access only the information more easily and quickly. For the development of the project, we have chosen to use the combination of Extreme Programming and prototyping as methodologies, because these allow collaborative work and based on the user's needs, these prototypes will be evaluated by the same users, using surveys to measure its level of satisfaction and based on the acceptance criteria, to evaluate the functionality and acceptance of the application. The result of both the surveys and the ratings of the acceptance criteria, carried out after evaluating the application at its different levels, a favorable result could be obtained, and it was concluded that both the design, functionality and navigability are of user satisfaction and satisfaction.
