Abstract

When it comes to digital transformation, they understand an important alliance between technology and business and as time goes by these benefits are more and more visible, data becomes more and more important to business for all that can be understood about them, the greatest value that can be obtained from them is the interpretation of the data. La Red de Instituciones Financiera de Desarrollo (RFD) is characterized by thinking about its member institutions, for this reason, innovating in computer products generates trust in the organization.

The project presents establishes the implementation of a Business Intelligence system, formed by the automation of the ETL process with the application of the CRISP-DM and Kimball methodology, and the web reporting system, applying the Scrum methodology. The final product is a web system which manages the reports of the business intelligence tool, this allows RFD members to have the information at hand in less time, influence decision-making, generate new products and benefits. obtained with a BI tool.
