Abstract: This report is structured as follows: in the Introduction the context of the problem, general objectives, specific objectives and the scope of the project are disclosed. The methodology details the execution and implementation of Scrum, architectural pattern and tools in the development of the proposed systems. After that, the results obtained in the tasks performed by each Sprint and the deployment to production of the Web System and Mobile Application are presented. Finally, the last section mentions the conclusions and recommendations that have been obtained throughout the development of this project.
Description: El presente informe se encuentra estructurado de la siguiente manera: en la Introducción se da a conocer el contexto del problema, objetivo general, objetivos específicos y el alcance del proyecto. En la metodología se detalla la ejecución e implementación de Scrum, patrón arquitectónico y herramientas en el desarrollo de los sistemas propuestos. Posterior a ello, se presenta los resultados obtenidos en las tareas realizadas por cada Sprint el despliegue a producción del Sistema Web Aplicación Móvil. Finalmente, en la última sección se mencionan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se han obtenido a lo largo del desarrollo del presente proyecto
