dc.descriptionEsta tesis de Pregrado tiene la intención de identificar el clima laboral en la Empresa Novacero y su influencia en la Cultura organizacional, dado que, al medir el clima laboral, la cual se considera de gran importancia tanto para las organizaciones como para los trabajadores, ya que el talento humano es actualmente una parte importante para la competitividad dentro de ellas, por ello, es necesario evaluarlo y darle la debida atención. Se distinguió dos conceptos importantes que son el clima laboral y la cultura organizacional, también se definió cuál es la fuerza del clima laboral para poder conocer las percepciones en los distintos niveles de clima. Además, se definió que herramientas de medición se realizaran para la investigación y análisis de resultados, la muestra de esta investigación fue realizada en la empresa Novacero en las sucursales de Quito, Lasso, Guayaquil y Cuenca con una muestra compuesta de 284 empleados, pero para la presente tesis se trabajó con la totalidad la población es decir con los 1077 empleados de la Empresa Novacero. Con los resultados se explica la relación entre los elementos que componen la cultura organizacional y el clima laboral, y finalmente probamos la relación y el impacto entre estos elementos que se representa mediante tablas para una mejor comprensión. Al final de la tesis, se realiza un par de recomendaciones sobre clima, cultura, su relación y cómo actuar para mejorar estos importantes aspectos dentro de la empresa Novacero.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis undergraduate thesis has the intention of identifying the work environment in the Novacero Company and its influence on the organizational culture, given that, when measuring the work environment, which is considered of great importance for both organizations and workers, since human talent is currently an important part for competitiveness within them, therefore, it is necessary to evaluate it and give it due attention. Two important concepts were distinguished: work climate and organizational culture. The strength of the work climate was also defined in order to know the perceptions in the different levels of climate. In addition, it was defined which measurement tools would be used for the research and analysis of results. The sample of this research was carried out in the Novacero company in the branches of Quito, Lasso, Guayaquil and Cuenca with a sample of 284 employees, but for this thesis we worked with the entire population, i.e. with the 1077 employees of the Novacero company. With the results we explain the relationship between the elements that make up the organizational culture and the work environment, and finally we prove the relationship and the impact between these elements which is represented by tables for a better understanding. At the end of the thesis, a couple of recommendations are made on climate, culture, their relationship and how to act to improve these important aspects within the company Novacero.es_ES
