Abstract: The main objective of this research is to analyze the development of the Consortium of Community Rural Cheese (FUNCONQUERUCOM) Foundation of Salinas - Province of Bolivar, under the concepts of Social Management within organizations, which were developed in the three stages that were defined. For the development of this work, it was necessary to specify different concepts such as: development, territorial and community development, as well as Social Management, this was done in order to determine the categories and criteria that will serve as analysis within this study. The research has a descriptive scope, since it focuses on the qualitative analysis of the criteria determined for the study of the development of the consortium, through a non-experimental design with longitudinal dimensions, using information collection techniques that are: documentary and telematized Due to the pandemic, direct interviews with their leaders could not be conducted. Having as results the development that has been going through the consortium within the established criteria, evidencing itself within its management, since from a traditional organization to arriving today to a way of bureaucratic and techno-bureaucratic organization, led to an advance within the increase of its partnerproducers from 104 to 1200 and the improvement of its marketing channels. In addition to the fulfillment of its objectives, such as working under Fair Trade and the Social and Solidarity Economy. Finally fulfilling one of its main objectives is to lead to community development.
Description: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar el desarrollo de la Fundación Consorcio de Queserías Rurales Comunitarias (FUNCONQUERUCOM) de Salinas – Provincia de Bolívar, bajo los conceptos de Gestión Social dentro de las organizaciones, que se desarrollaran en las tres etapas que se definieron. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo, fue necesario especificar diferentes conceptos como: desarrollo, desarrollo territorial y comunitario, así también como la Gestión Social esto se lo realizó con el fin de determinar las categorías y criterios que servirán de análisis dentro de este estudio. La investigación tiene un alcance descriptivo, ya que se enfoca en el análisis cualitativo de los criterios determinados para el estudio del desarrollo del consorcio, por medio de un diseño no experimental con dimensiones longitudinales, empleando técnicas de recolección de información que son: documental y telematizada, por la pandemia no se pudo realizar entrevistas directas a sus dirigentes. Teniendo como resultados el desarrollo que ha venido atravesando el consorcio dentro de los criterios establecidos, evidenciándose dentro de su gestión, ya que de una organización tradicional a llegando hoy en día a una manera de organización burocrática y tecnoburocrática, llevado a un avance dentro del aumento de sus socios-productores de 104 a 1200 y el mejoramiento de sus canales de comercialización. Además del cumplimiento de sus objetivos como es el trabajar bajo el Comercio Justo y la Economía Social y Solidaria. Finalmente cumpliendo uno de sus principales objetivos que es llevar al desarrollo de la comunidad.
