dc.description	El presente Trabajo de Titulación, surge de la necesidad de realizar una propuesta metodológica que permita ser una guía para que una ciudad tradicional pueda convertirse en una ciudad inteligente. Se establece el Objetivo General, Objetivos Específicos y Alcance del Proyecto. A continuación, en el desarrollo del Marco Teórico se estudia las diferentes tecnologías que son necesarias en una Smart City, así como los términos y conceptos inmersos en una Ciudad Inteligente. Se define el tipo de metodología que será la guía para el diseño de la Propuesta Metodológica, así como las diferentes fases para la implementación de proyectos Smart. Seguido, se realiza el estudio de los diferentes niveles de servicios con los que cuenta una ciudad inteligente y así establecer el diseño de Arquitectura Conceptual, con lo cual se puede construir una infraestructura Smart. Se realiza el análisis de los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta aplicada a los diferentes sectores de la ciudad de estudio Quito, con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de conocimiento referente a los aspectos que involucra la migración de una ciudad tradicional a una Smart City. Finalmente, se plantean una serie de conclusiones obtenidas durante el desarrollo de este Proyecto y recomendaciones para lograr la implementación de una Ciudad Inteligente.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This Degree Project arises from the need to develop a methodological proposal that allows to be a guide for a traditional city to become a smart city. The General Objective, Specific Objectives and Scope of the Project are established. Next, in the development of the Theoretical Framework, the different technologies that are necessary in a Smart City are studied, as well as the terms and concepts immersed in a Smart City. The type of methodology that will be the guide for the design of the Methodological Proposal is defined, as well as the different phases for the implementation of Smart projects. Next, a study of the different levels of services available in a smart city is carried out in order to establish the design of the Conceptual Architecture, with which a Smart infrastructure can be built. The results obtained from the survey applied to the different sectors of the city of Quito are analyzed in order to determine the level of knowledge regarding the aspects involved in the migration from a traditional city to a Smart City. Finally, a series of conclusions obtained during the development of this Project and recommendations to achieve the implementation of a Smart City are presented.	es_ES
