Zusammenfassung: Petroproducción ha visto la necesidad de incrementar la producción de petróleo en los diferentes campos del Oriente Ecuatoriano, por lo que se ha propuesto realizar un estudio de la factibilidad de ubicar pozos que vayan a desarrollar los campos. El proyecto consta de seis capítulos. En el primer capítulo se detalla la descripción geológica, ubicación general, geología, estratigrafía, litología, ambiente sedimentario, características estructurales de los objetivos, topes y bases. En el segundo capítulo se realiza la petrofísica de la roca como de los fluidos, presiones de yacimiento, cálculo de reservas remanentes; petróleo original in-situ (POES) de cada pozo, reservas del campo por medio de los métodos volumétrico y curvas de declinación del Campo Auca - Auca sur. En el tercer capítulo se realiza el análisis de la ubicación de los pozos anteriormente propuestos, así como el estudio de pruebas de interferencias y radios de drenaje. En el cuarto capítulo se diseña un pozo direccional con sus respectivos programas de perforación. En el quinto capítulo se realiza el análisis económico del proyecto; según los costos estimados de las perforaciones para los nuevos pozos y el posible incremento de producción que se obtendrá al ejecutar las perforaciones de pozos.
