Abstract: Abstract: The high need for medical implant systems has considerably increased over the last years; this has led to an upsurge demand of sensitive and complex wireless communication designs in order to guarantee the coverage of a designated area in a hospital or in the patience home. This article analizes different techniques related to the propagation model of implant inside the human body, and a bedside receiver with a operation frequency of 915 MHz, and a maximum distance between transmitter and receiver of 10m. The estimation of the propagation losses is based on the ITU-R recommendation for indoor models, and it will compare with the Ericsson model. Furthermore, stadistics fading model were used to find the multipath parameters. The total overall of the system was made by counting on the attenuation inside the human body considering this as a propagation channel.
