Abstract .- This Master thesis presents a methodology for modeling Geostatistical crime in the province of Pichincha through information receipted by the Integrated Security System Ecu-911 validated by the State Attorney General. The variables analysed correspond to crimes considered of greater connotation in the ecuadorian society: theft to people, theft to domicile, theft of vehicles and theft of commercial establishments. The study of the variables followed these steps, exploratory data analysis, structural analysis or variography model fit, interpolation or space estimation using the technique of ordinary kriging and validation of the geostatistical model, we finally obtain a prediction map of crime across the province of Pichincha, by means of the software Arcgis 10.1.
