Abstract.- This degree project focuses on the development of a Web application, whose main goal is to be a support tool that facilitates the learning process of students in secondary education at a distance, based on constructivist educational model. The constructivist educational model proposes that in the learning process, the student must participate actively to construct their own knowledge, guided by a tutor whose role is to teach how to learn, not to transfer information; and help build the knowledge from general concepts with the help of primary sources to facilitate learning. Additionally, the tutor must assess the knowledge gained by the students and provide feedback throughout the process. The use of new technologies in constructivist learning, give students the opportunity to broaden their learning experience, becoming a traditional classroom into a new feature space where innovative and collaborative activities that facilitate learning, while allowing consolidate what has been learned, resulting in the student being able to build your knowledge with the teacher as a guide, being present when you have questions or a problem arises. SECWEB integrates the principles of constructivist model with the technological tools so that distance education can be developed in a collaborative, effective and efficient environment. The application was developed using the software development .NET platform and using the MVC (Model - View - Controller) architecture.
