Abstract: | This investigation develops a methodology that allows to analyze the reasons for which attorneys of Quito do not apply the new marketing techniques. The result of this work is an alternative of brand management, which permits law firms, with the use of word of mouth and digital advertisement tools, to generate a greater publicizing knowledge and understand of its usage, it will be reflected in a major brand positioning and as a result in an increase of its incomes, improving its effectiveness in the national law environment. |
Description: | Esta investigación desarrolla una metodología, que permite analizar las razones por las cuales los abogados en Quito no aplican las técnicas actuales del marketing. El resultado de este trabajo es una alternativa de gestión de marca, que permite a los estudios jurídicos, mediante el uso del marketing boca a boca (buzz marketing) y herramientas de marketing digital, generar un mayor conocimiento de la mercadotecnia y comprender que su aplicación se verá reflejada en un mayor posicionamiento de marca y, por ende un incremento de sus ingresos, mejorando la efectividad jurídica a nivel nacional. |
