Análisis tecno-económico de refrigeración para una embarcación de pesca artesanal

Abstract

This project has as objective to analyze technically and economically a cooling system for the cellar of a boat in artisanal fisheries and define a system that promotes perform a future implementation. The literature review was conducted to know the problems of the fisheries sector of Ecuador in the conservation of fish from the artisanal vessels during a fishing trips, performing the analysis of the main factors that cause the deterioration of the fish and the fishing industry, does not have a technological development to conserve the fish. To counteract this problem was the selection of a cooling system that helps to ensure the conservation of the fish during a longer time in high seas, and in this way the quality of the fish is see increased, by fishermen and consumers of the same. It is to know the behavior of the system for mechanical cooling, when it is installed in the cellar of the boat, was evidence through experimentation and simulation that with the placement of thermal insulator (polyurethane) in the cellar walls, decreases the amount of time that remains on the cooling system.
