Been this the reason why the research has taken as a case study the Kallari association, integrated by 21 communities, situated in the province of Napo. To have a better understanding about the associativity characterized with the concepts of: development, the classification of companies in Ecuador and the legal frame work, it is fundamental to consider the importance of studying the partnership in the country, especially the nationalities that represent cultural identities. The investigation is divided in two: first focusing on a methodological, cross wise and qualitative stages, with a non-experimental design. The information collected is from life history and documentary Investigation. Based on research, books, thesis, periodical research and publications related to the topic, among others.
